Education and digital course materials provided (pdf):
For an optimal effect, it is usually necessary that the student is present throughout the course.
From all our courses you will find the course material (digital as PDF) in a digital learning environment for which you will receive temporary access (up to 1 month after the end of the (final) course day). An attempt is made to make the course material available via the digital learning environment no later than 1 week before the start of the course. For optimal results it is advisable that students prepare themselves for the meeting (s) using this material.

Course level:
The courses are given at three levels; this is indicated for each activity. However, always read carefully the course description to see if the course meets your expectations:

Basic level: usually less than one year of practical experience in the relevant field; little to no prior knowledge present.

Level: usually more than 1 year of practical experience in the relevant field; for participation basic knowledge in the relevant field is necessary.

Specialization level: usually more than 3 years of practical experience in the relevant field; a high level of knowledge of the relevant field is present for participation.

Attendance lists and certificates:
At the start and end of courses approved by the Netherlands Bar Association and / or the Royal Dutch Notarial Association, an attendance list is presented for drawing. A certificate of participation will be sent on the basis of this attendance list (s). The signed lists are kept by the Legal PAO and serve as a means of control for the permanent course for the NOvA, KNB and KBvG. We may only award points for hours during which you have actually been present (for each 60 minutes you will receive 1 training point). If for any reason you are late or should leave earlier, we are obliged to deduct points for every hour that you have not been fully present.

Evaluation:
Every course and teacher is evaluated. For the development and further development of postgraduate education it is of great importance to hear the reactions of the participants via the evaluation forms. Your information will be processed as much as possible in the organization and design of the following courses. Your cooperation in completing and submitting the evaluation is highly appreciated.
